Terms of Service

Working together
These terms apply once you reach out and we agree to work together, whether that starts with you contacting me or me reaching out to you first. Using this site, or engaging my services, means you agree to the terms below.
The free example
For some projects, I'll research a business and build a working example site before any payment is involved. That example is created to show what's possible, it isn't a finished, licensed deliverable, and there's no obligation to continue working together after seeing it.
Scope & payment
Every project is quoted individually based on what's needed, there are no fixed packages. Once we agree on scope and price, I'll confirm it in writing by email before starting paid work. Payment terms, deposit, milestones, final payment, are agreed on a per-project basis.
Timelines
Most projects take 2 to 5 days once scope is locked in, depending on complexity. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, bigger or more custom builds may take longer, and I'll flag that upfront.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions during the build are included. Significant changes to scope after work has started may affect timeline or price, I'll always flag that before doing extra work, not after.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final site and its content. Work created during the free example phase, before any agreement, remains mine unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What I'm not responsible for
I build what's agreed on to the best of my ability, but I can't guarantee specific business outcomes, like traffic, sales, or leads, since those depend on a lot outside of a website's control. I'm also not responsible for third-party services, like hosting, platforms such as Shopify or Wix, or payment processors, once your site is live, those run on their own terms.
Ending the engagement
Either of us can end the conversation before paid work begins, no obligation either way. Once a paid project starts, cancellation terms are part of the agreement made for that specific project.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the update will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
